Random pictures....

I forgot I had these from yesterday....this is our new car. Pretty hot isnt she? A minor step down from the 2009 Charger RT that I put in STORAGE.....sigh. There is also a picture of our backyard. Its bigger than it looks...not huge but plenty of room for the short legged weiners I call dogs.

Yawn....its SO pretty outside and I just want to sleep. Alex had a rough night. We spent almost 2 hours trying to convince him that it was night time not eating time. I know he'll do better tonight but the time difference and all the flying made him a little cranky. He's still pretty congested so when he cries there is snot running down his face. It makes me laugh. =0) He's so pitiful.
I should interject here and say that Josh has been SO GREAT when it comes to helping me out with Alex. He is actually the one who spent the most of the 2 hours walking around with him. I laid in bed and pretended I couldnt hear. :)

We went to the BX yesterday...I took a couple pictures of the island. These are from on base where you can see the ocean. It really is beautiful.

Well I need to get off. I will take some pictures of the house today and try to post them tonight. I have a ton of laundry to do... all my hair products opened onto my clothes during the flight over. Sigh.

Have my family

Wow, its been a long ride but now I finally have my boo and little man with me. Been waiting for this for a long time. Just got off the plane this morning and had to lay down for a bit. I know this is a short post, promise alot more to come. Very happy the family is finally here.

First day on the island...

So I'm waiting for Josh to come back to get us... Alex is just hanging out like a good boy. You'd never believe he is the same baby who gave me so much grief his first 3.5 months... The dogs love that we have a fenced in yard and I am so ready to get this house in order. As soon as Josh gets back (he went to his work to make sure we have insurance on the "island bomb" of a car we now drive) we're going to get some groceries. I plan on taking some pictures while we're out.

Hope I remember to write a little post daily... the island is beautiful. (picture is from our bedroom window) Very green...and no, Rachel, I do not miss the changing leaves of Ohio (yet). I do miss my family...especially Miss Kenzie who needs me...but I'm finally with MY family...and that is where I really need to be.
